I have decided to post more of my personal photographs in the blog. Most of them probably wont have much to do with my graphic design, or illustration work, but after considering flickr and other similar services, i have decided just to stay simple and put them here. I did, however, create a flickr account…not sure I will use it much, but if you are curious, you can check it here.

I finally got a decent scanner and I will soon put up some medium format photos and other experiments. Here is a polaroid (for the geeks: sx70 with 600 film and the viewfinder-glass removed)

Summer is here, and I made some new tee’s, some are organic, galaxy blue, and fine dark heather grey…all handprinted in very limited pieces on american apparel. And also some new jewellery. go to the shop here. Stay easy. Ride the heatwave.

This winter i have been ‘testing’ the Al Merrick boards I did for Kelly Slater last year. They gave me one of each design, and they been following me around everywhere lately. The blue board in particular. It is a 5.11,  4-fin small wave ripper. The red board is a conventional 6.2.

After some experiments with the local silkscreen buddies at NewTown you will soon be able to get your hands on some Emil Kozak artprints.

We just got home from a great trip to germany, where I was painting big paintings, and drinking big beers. Thanks to Zooom for setting this up. Stay warm…

Just got back from almost two weeks in the state of california. It was an actionpacked adventure, with tons of activity. Including everything from surfing San clemente state park, Leo Carrillo, Venice, Santa Monica, Huntington, Santa Cruz, Topanga, hanging out in Malibu, working in San Francisco, checking in on San diego, crossing Big Sur, to experiencing Obama being elected, and much much more… A big shout-out to the Mollusk surf mafia, for being so awesome!

As you might have noticed, we are updating the website. (there might be a couple of errors here and there)Please have some patience while we get everything in place. We have also added a shop. Go there, and spend some money…

We had a good good good time up there. Pintxos, surf everyday, perfect climate and good company…what more can you ask for. Untitled is still in town, and this time they decided to invite us to paint at miscellanea. BTOY, Inocuo, Mr.Case, JORDANE, Olivia & me will be there painting until wednesday. The opening is wednesday the 14th of may 21:00 at Miscellanea, c\ Guardia 10 08001 Barcelona. There will be Dj’s and live paint actiooon!

Tonight (may 6th) at 19:00 the opening and kickstart of the 8th Untitled Exhibition starts. This year they have gone nuts and have prepared several weeks of fun in the center of Barcelona. The opening takes place en RAS Libreria & Galeria, Doctor Dou 10. I have a piece there + some unique prints for sale. I have teamed up with Index Book to author a book about Graphic Design, illustration and artsy shit applied to objects.
If you have some good photos of some killer work you have made, then please send LOW resolution files in. It can be graphics on skateboards, toothbrushes, ipod covers, pillows, cars, bags, winebottles, hats, snowboards and everything in between. We will get back to you for a 300dpi if selected.

Summary:
When I wake up, when I check the time, when I brush my teeth, when I get dressed, when I have breakfast, when I cross the street, when I call to say I’ll be late again, when I work, when I have a break, when I get back home, when I relax and when I go to sleep I am surrounded by graphics and illustrations.

Plenty Of Design takes a comprehensive look at how these graphics have entered our daily lives, and adorn everything from alarm clocks to skateboards. Not only do these graphics apply beauty, life and personality to our objects, but they also create a relationship with us, when they become part of the “visual soundtrack” to our lives.

This friday we went to the opening of the La Mono expo. It is up for a week, and I have some boards laying around in there.
